The Tea House: A Comprehensive Blended Training Course

We have proposed a blended course design rooted in andragogy and social learning theory, which we developed specifically for the Tea House using these approaches. Our program will provide current employees with the skills, techniques, and tactics needed to provide a welcoming, neighborly, and personal customer experience in a vibrant and pristine environment through a rich assortment of active learning modules. Our curriculum is curated to get knowledge flowing and ideas brewing.

Evaluation Plan for "Pathways to Authentic Leadership" Program

Existing research studies justify the need for further analysis and synthesis of authentic leadership interventions to strengthen organizational culture by developing authentic leaders. Our course provides the needed intervention strategies to build an authentic leader, which will produce favorable employee outcomes. Our course will contribute to the academic literature on authentic leadership and organizational culture and compose a foundation for future exploration of authentic leadership and organizational outcomes.

By implementing the LTEM model, Chick-fil-A can establish a data-driven approach to training evaluation, ensuring that learning leads to improved performance. Formal and informal learning assessments, supported by advanced data collection tools, will enable the organization to refine training programs, boost employee retention, and enhance customer satisfaction. A structured KPI framework will help measure the direct impact of training on business outcomes, providing useful insights for ongoing improvement. By incorporating timeliness tracking, this

initiative will reinforce Chick-fil-A’s commitment to maintaining its status as a quick-service restaurant, ensuring employee efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Performance Analysis

Overall, the most significant insight I have learned is that when looking at performance, individuals cannot be viewed in isolation from their work environment. Individuals must recognize and own their value in the workplace. It is equally essential that the organization acknowledge and appreciate its employees' value. While most people understand this concept at a surface level, a performance analysis highlights that employee satisfaction extends far beyond a competitive salary, paid leave, or having pleasant co-workers. It involves fostering a sense of purpose, providing support, and creating an environment that enhances professional growth, collaboration, and well-being. When employees feel genuinely valued and supported, their personal well-being, motivation and commitment to the organization can be significantly enhanced.

Benchmarking Report -

Effective employee training programs significantly impact retention rates and customer satisfaction in service-focused businesses. Using structured learning analytics can make training more effective by offering valuable data and insights. A recent report shows that more than half of senior-level executives are dissatisfied with their internal learning analytics capability (Bassi & McMurrer, 2015). We will examine a local Chick-fil-A franchise and outline a learning analytics strategy to increase employee retention, improve knowledge transfer, and boost customer satisfaction.
